You might be eligible if:  You are setting up a business or are in operation for less than 18 months Your business has fewer than 10 full-time employees Your business has an annual turnover of less than €2 million Your business has experienced difficulty in securing a loan from the banks Living in Ireland Eligibility is subject to terms and conditions.
