Terms of service

grantledger.eu is operated by Aitek Labs. Using the site, the Pro plan or the assistant connector means you accept these terms. Last updated 30 September 2026.

The service

The ledger lists public funding calls collected automatically from official publishers. Browsing and searching are free. Pro is a one-time payment that adds screening of a company profile against the ledger, AI prefill of the profile, a weekly email of new matching calls, and access for assistants (ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients) through the connector at grantledger.eu/mcp.

Your account

Your email is your account. Sign-in links are sent to it; keep the mailbox safe. Solo holds one company profile, Team holds three. You may not share one account across organisations, resell access, scrape the ledger through the assistant tools, or use the service to break the law. We may close an account that does.

Payment and refunds

Payments go through Stripe; prices are shown before checkout, VAT included where it applies. A refund is available within 14 days of payment on request to contact@aiteklabs.com. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Assistants and connected apps

When you connect an assistant, it reads the ledger and the screening results whose links you give it, in your name, until you disconnect it from your assistants page. Access is read only. What the assistant says is produced by the assistant, not by us; verdicts shown as GrantLedger rules come from the site.

No guarantee on the data

Records can be late, incomplete or wrong. Deadlines, amounts and conditions must be checked on the publisher page linked from every record before any decision. Screening verdicts are rule-based indications, not eligibility decisions. Aitek Labs is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the ledger or of an assistant's answer, to the extent the law allows. The service is provided as is and can change or stop; paid features stay available for as long as the service runs.

Data

How we handle personal data is in the privacy notice. Normalised ledger data is open (CC0); every record keeps its publisher's licence.
