GIVE TRANSITION YEAR STUDENTS VALUABLE EXPERIENCE IN YOUR INDUSTRY Give students a valuable introduction to a career in tourism while building connections with potential future employees. The Transition Year Work Experience Programme helps tourism and hospitality businesses provide meaningful, short-term work placements for Transition Year and Senior Cycle students.  The programme is open year-round, with placements typically lasting one to two weeks. Fáilte Ireland provides free guidance and resources to help you plan and manage the placement.  Give young people experience and build your future talent. Who is it for?
