The programme combines one-to-one advice, masterclasses and practical clinics to help you put your plan into action.  When you understand your numbers, you can make better decisions, improve your margins and build a stronger F&B operation. Who is it for? Talk to us if you are:  A registered hotel, established visitor attraction or hospitality-focused tourism business in the Republic of Ireland  Operating an in-house food and beverage business  A hotel where food and beverage accounts for at least 20% of total revenue  A visitor attraction where food and beverage accounts for at least 10% of total revenue  Able to commit your senior leadership and F&B team to the programme for 12–18 months  Here are all the terms and conditions.
